Hey there! It’s Kim from Linda’s. The fifth video installment of the Braducational Video series is another good one: How to Spot a Dead Bra. I know customers and friends that own bras that are years and years old. But the truth is, bras usually only last about 6-9 months if they are in heavy rotation. But before you toss all of those old bras, this video will teach you how to spot a “dead bra”. Because once your bra can no longer do its job – it’s time to let it rest in peace! Read more
If you don’t know yet: the retro trend is “in”. I love this throw back to another era. But what’s surprised me is the high waist bottoms! I thought gingham prints and retro bandeau tops would be enough, but I was shocked by the popularity of the high waist bottoms. Who knew? It seems you either love or hate the high waist trend. So what do you think? Is wearing a high waist swimsuit bottom or panty hot, or not? Take a look at some of the styles below and let me know your thoughts in the comments! Read more
Kim here! I love helping women find the best fitting bras, and there are a lot of things that we certified bra fitters look for when it comes to a good fit. At Linda’s, we have a lot of bra knowledge and can help women pick between a good and great fitting bra. But what if you don’t have one of us with you? What if you have a favorite bra and aren’t sure if it’s fitting properly anymore? Don’t despair! Here are a few basic things to look for when bra shopping, or when checking in on your current bras.
Hey there! It’s Kim from Linda’s I’ve been a bra fitter for many years. When helping customers, I usually help women get into each of their bras, and focus on how it fits, and help adjust each bra. But after awhile, I started letting the customer put on her bra or adjust herself… and was quickly horrified. You wouldn’t believe the crazy things I saw, and the bra mistreatment that I witnessed. From the “crush and flip”, to putting it on over their head (for real – a young woman fastened her bra and then attempted to stretch the bra over her head and shoulders), to yanking up the straps…no good! Most women don’t think twice about putting on their bra. But putting it on wrong can actually stretch out your bra, dent cups, and ruin underwires. So if you want to help your bras last longer, and learn how to properly adjust your cups and straps: read on! Learn how to put on your bra…
Hi everyone! It’s Kim from Linda’s I hope you loved the first Braducational video: How to Hand Wash Your Bras. If you missed it, check it out! Next up in this series is: How to Measure Yourself for a Bra. Let’s be clear: an in-person fitting with an expert bra fitter (like the Bra Divas at Linda’s) is ideal. As expert fitters, we have so much bra knowledge in our heads, and have tried each of the of bra styles on hundreds of women. We typically use a measuring tape to measure a woman’s underbust, then take a look at her breast tissue for shape and size, and go from there. Getting a bra fitting at Linda’s is really easy, and fun. But if you can’t make it into the shop this video will walk you through the process of measuring yourself at home so you can find a starting point for your best bra size! Take a look at the video, and read my extra tips and advice below.

Yesterday I got a call from Good Morning America asking to interview me about a very interesting French research study. This study claimed something very surreal to me: that wearing a bra will actually promote saggy breasts tissue and back pain. GMA wanted to know if I had anything to say about the research. Boy, did I ever! Watch the clip below, and keep reading to see behind the scenes photos, read the article on the French study, and get my full opinion on the topic of going bra-less. Plus, share your own thoughts in the comments!
